The ministry is accomplished through the staff of IMD International, local church pastors and pastoral staff, ministry leaders, well-equipped lay leaders, and seminary and Bible college professors primarily based in the U.S.A.
Ministry takes place as one or more teachers or trainers get involved with a church or ministry. This might entail activities as simple as a Christian Education staff training session in a local church. It could be a ministry commitment involving several weeks of commitment. Some ministry is made up of contractual agreements with churches or ministries for specific tasks or goals to be accomplished.
The international teaching and training endeavors usually involve a very limited and specific time frame - such as 5 to 20 days on the field. Ministry Venue
Wherever God directs and provides we will go. This is a faith oriented ministry under God's leadership and provision.
Ministry may take place in a small "bush" village in South Africa and in a metropolitan city in the USA such as Denver. A youth camp facility in Ukraine may host ministry. From tiny villages of India or a town in Zambia, ministry takes place.
For that matter, ministry takes place in coffee shops in malls, church offices and classrooms, our offices in Denver, Colorado, airplanes at 39,000 feet, through this web site to folks all over the world, and in homes of growing disciples of Jesus Christ.
