The French-speaking Haitian Christian community in New York City heard about the Bible school in Paris through which God was impacting the francophono world. Representatives contacted the dean of the school, Philippe Serradji, about the possibility of starting an extension campus in New York City. An extension program would not be strange to this school. Already three other extension campuses exist in Western Europe and a history of starting schools in West Africa also exists. Through video teaching from the Paris campus and onsite sessions, the school has begun in New York City. Just think of it—a conservative, evangelical Bible school in the heart of Paris, France—the very heart of liberalism on the earth. The Grace Theological Institute's main campus in Paris is made up of students from 12 or more nations. Under the school's dean, Philippe Serradji, and the host church's pastor, Michel Texier, there is a vision to help educate the French-speaking body of Christ. Two extension sites are located in France, one in Switzerland, and one in New York City. A keen strategy with years of experience and modern savvy mark this school as a "difference maker" in God's kingdom work.
