Pastors and ministry leaders were selected through prayer to engage in a one year extension (off site) spiritual leadership training program across India. The first group of spiritual servants selected were challenged from the outset to make a commitment. Upon completion of this training, “I will search out through prayer 20 men whom I will lead through what I will learn during this year.”
Fregy personally mentored the first group of 20 Christ‐followers from around the country (in their place) the first year. Then, as only God would have it, that group of 20 (which grew to 25 during the year) spiritual influencers each trained 20 men for the next year in a like manner as they had been trained. You see what God is doing through the spiritual leadership development program, the Timothy Project in India.
Fregy Mathew John has learned well the strategy of choosing faithful men to whom the things of God can be entrusted. The third generation has been completed and God is raising up the pastors and ministry leaders needed for this huge ministry field. It is a joy to join with Fregy with this keen focus on equipping spiritual leaders (especially focused on North India or Hindi belt) who are committed to equipping yet others.
