3/30 Training Initiative

This financial initiative is focused on gathering God's provision for the ever-increasing demand for training from the various countries where God is placing us. To meet the requests, we need to receive over our current contributions $3,000 per month over a 30 month period which will go entirely to this training initiative. These funds will focus on supplies and printed resources, travel, event hosting, and communications with key ministries and leaders. 3/30 Training Initiative will make a certain difference in the kingdom of God.

New Partnerships In India:

India - Lamech Inbaraj and God's Plan For Church Planting, Tamil

God has brought about a relationship with Lamech that focuses on training church planters in several southern states of India using God's Plan For Church Planting as the training resource. Training sessions are being held monthly in different states and districts in Tamil and Telugu languages.

India - Fregy Mathew and the Timothy Project, North India

Fregy has implemented a strategic leadership development training with 20 key leaders around India. These men will be challenged and led to advance in their leadership skills as leaders of leaders. Throughout 2008, these men will meet, listen, pray, receive challenges, implement, and report back with one another and Fregy.

New Partnerships in Southeast Asia

Church Planter training has been going on now in three Southeast Asian countries. The training has reached phases 2 and 3 in some of the countries. Pastors and church planters are hungry for a simple, straightforward Biblical approach to ministry. The resource God's Plan For Church Planting in their language is the resource. The specific countries and specific workers are too sensitive information to post on this website.

New Leadership Development Resource

Hearing From God is a new training resource in development at this time. The teaching has been brought to ministry leaders and pastors in several Asian countries with "Blessings to God" reviews. This resource will come out through our IMD International / IMD PRESS partnership before the Fall of 2008. Participants are taken through the Scriptures in order to learn to discern what God is saying to them.
