To glorify God by partnering with indigenous ministry leaders in a training and encouragement relationship for the purpose of establishing Biblically healthy, self-supporting, and reproducing indigenous churches among the unreached and least reached people groups of the world.

To see Antioch-type churches established among all people groups. (See Acts 11:19ff)

Strategy:
- Identify where God is at work in the world
- Identify key indigenous ministry leaders who are ...
- Teachable in spirit,
- Biblically oriented, and
- Passionate about men's souls and planting of churches
- Build partnership relationships with key indigenous leaders
- Train the leaders and their key men using the resources of the Bible and God's Plan For Church Planting
- Coach the key ministry leaders over a 2 to 5 year period of time
