To glorify God by partnering with indigenous ministry leaders in a training and encouragement relationship for the purpose of establishing Biblically healthy, self-supporting, and reproducing indigenous churches among the unreached and least reached people groups of the world.

• Identify where God is at work in the world
• Identify key indigenous ministry leaders who are ...
  • Teachable in spirit,
  • Biblically oriented, and
  • Passionate about men's souls and planting of churches
• Build partnership relationships with key indigenous leaders
• Train the leaders and their key men using the resources of the Bible and God's Plan For Church Planting
• Coach the key ministry leaders over a 2 to 5 year period of time
