Phil has always been consistent in his character, demeanor, integrity and mission emphases. Recently, in traveling to and ministering in India, I was impressed with Phil's Christ likeness, passion, humility, and thoroughness with which he performed every task. I listened to Phil teach both solid biblical truths and practical applications for ministry. I have observed how others were positively impacted with Phil's teaching and his caring ministry.
