I received Jesus Christ while I was in the Air Force in Germany. The Lord has given me many opportunities to grow and be involved in ministry over the years. For the past ten years I have been periodically going overseas to train pastors, evangelists, church planters and Christian workers. I have been married 34 years (2011) to my wife Diane. We have two boys, David who lives and works here in the Denver area, and Paul who is with Wycliffe Bible Translators in New Guinea. We currently have three grandchildren.
The vision God has given me for ministry is to see that pastors around the world are encouraged to trust God and to accurately study and powerfully teach His word. (Acts 20:32) The strategic focus I have is to point pastors to God as their primary focus and give them tools that build confidence in their ability to effectively study, teach and apply the word of God.
God has directed me to plan to move forward with the following objectives in order to implement by focus; utilize a simple teaching tool to help pastors understand and stand in the grace of God, bring to bear through teaching a simple tool to help pastors and teachers effectively study and teach the word of God, teach in such a way as to enhance ability in and confidence in teaching God’s word, and provide seminars/workshops to assist pastors and teachers in learning how to study a topic or passage of God’s word while drawing sound conclusions in order to effectively communicate to the church.
